We provide Rehabilitative and Community Support Services for Children with Cognitive
Impairments and Functional Limitations (RCS) services under section 28. Our focus is developing medically necessary individualized
treatment plans that supports behavior, life and social skill development.

of the child with disabilities through the provision of services that are flexible, efficient, and individualized.

Services we provide are intended to be an additional support but are not
intended to replace the family's natural supports.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Child must have a Cognitive Impairment or Functional Limitation demonstrated by adaptive testing.
- Child must qualify for MaineCare services.
